How do I customise a product?

When you select a personalised item, you’ll be prompted to enter the name or text you want added when entering the checkout page. Please double-check spelling before placing your order.

Will the personalisation wear off over time?

Our items are made with durable, pet-safe materials. However, regular wear and tear can affect longevity depending on usage and cleaning. Please note, all personalise products are hand-wash only.

How do I know what size harness/collar to order?

Please refer to our Size Guide. We recommend measuring your dog’s neck and chest for the best fit.

What if the harness/collar doesn’t fit?

We offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in original condition. See our Returns Policy for more info.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery FAQs

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within England, Wales & Scotland. At this moment in time, we don't offer international shipping.

How long does delivery take?

Standard orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Personalised items may take up to 3 days longer depending on the volume. Please note, we are a small team and personalised items do take time to do. Shipping times vary based on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, Harness, Leads & Collars can be returned or exchanged within 14 days and should be in the same condition as they left our warehouse. Please contact us at hello@fureverwoof.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty. Please read our returns page for more information on what can be returned/exchanged.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with photos, and we’ll sort it out ASAP.
