Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, Harness, Leads & Collars can be returned or exchanged within 14 days and should be in the same condition as they left our warehouse. Please contact us at hello@fureverwoof.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty. Please read our returns page for more information on what can be returned/exchanged.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with photos, and we’ll sort it out ASAP.

How do I clean the harness/collar/lead?

Most of our accessories can be hand-washed with mild soap and air-dried. Check the product page for specific care instructions.

Are your materials pet-safe and durable?

Absolutely. All our products are made from high-quality, pet-safe materials designed for everyday use.

We currently ship within England, Wales & Scotland. At this moment in time, we don't offer international shipping.

How long does delivery take?

Standard orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Personalised items may take up to 3 days longer depending on the volume. Please note, we are a small team and personalised items do take time to do. Shipping times vary based on your location.

How do I know what size harness/collar to order?

Please refer to our Size Guide. We recommend measuring your dog’s neck and chest for the best fit.

What if the harness/collar doesn’t fit?

We offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in original condition. See our Returns Policy for more info.

To measure your dog, you’ll need a soft tape measure (or a piece of string and a ruler):

Chest/Girth: Measure around the widest part of your dog’s chest, just behind the front legs. This is the most important measurement when choosing your Adventure Harness.

Neck: Measure around the base of the neck, where a collar would naturally sit (lower than where you’d measure for a standard collar).

Measurements should be taken while your dog is standing and relaxed. The tape should sit snugly against the coat but not tight — you should be able to fit two fingers comfortably between the tape and your dog.

If your dog falls between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. If you’re unsure, please get in touch before ordering — we’re always happy to help.

Common Sizing Mistakes to Avoid

Measuring too tightly: Pulling the tape too tight can result in a harness that feels restrictive once worn.

Measuring over thick fur: Compressing long or thick coats can lead to sizing down unnecessarily — allow for natural coat volume.

Measuring the neck too high: Harness neck measurements should sit lower than a collar, at the base of the neck.

Guessing based on breed or weight: Dogs of the same breed or weight can have very different builds — measurements are always more accurate.

Choosing smaller for a neater look: A harness should be secure but never restrictive. Comfort and movement come first.

How do I customise a product?

When you select a personalised item, you’ll be prompted to enter the name or text you want added when entering the checkout page. Please double-check spelling before placing your order.

Will the personalisation wear off over time?

Our items are made with durable, pet-safe materials. However, regular wear and tear can affect longevity depending on usage and cleaning. Please note, all personalised products are hand-wash only.
