Refund policy

1. Returns

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with labels/tags intact.
  • We do not accept returns on used products or items where the labels have been removed, as we cannot confirm they are unused.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty.

2. Exchanges

  • We’re happy to offer exchanges for items of a different size or style.
  • The original item must be returned to us before the replacement is sent out.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition, as per our return conditions.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with details and (if possible) a photo of the issue.
  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the situation.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Whether you are requesting a return or exchange

Returns should be sent to the address provided by our customer service team.

5. Additional Notes

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
