Be sure to give your dog’s gear a regular once-over for any signs of wear or tear. It’s up to you, the awesome dog parent, to make sure the product is right for your four-legged bestie.

Our accessories are tough enough for daily doggy life and have the strength certifications to prove it. Every item is checked by our team before it zooms off to you! These goodies are made for everyday pups—not wild wolves or superhero sidekicks. We don’t offer replacements or refunds for general wear and tear, only for actual product faults after a proper inspection.

While our gear is built to last, it’s not magic—so it won’t protect against all bumps, chews, or oopsie moments. Chewed straps, muddy mischief, or being squished at the bottom of a gear bag? That’s not covered.

🐾 Sizing matters! Make sure to check our size guides to find the paw-fect fit. Harnesses need to fit both neck and chest snugly. Unfortunately, we can’t alter or custom-size items, so double-check before ordering.

🚫 Got a tug-of-war champion? If your dog pulls like a freight train, our harnesses might not be the best match—over time, that kind of stress can lead to damage (and no one wants that).
