Furever Woof Ltd is a UK-based company that sells dog accessories including harnesses, leads, and collars. All products are checked for quality before dispatch.

We strive to ensure product descriptions are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that descriptions, images, or other content are free from error. Availability is subject to change without notice.

5. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance. Prices are displayed in GBP and inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

6. Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within [1–3 business days]. Delivery times vary depending on your location. You will receive confirmation and tracking details once your order has been shipped.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Please contact us to arrange a return. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

8. Quality Guarantee & Product Durability

Each product is inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and functionality. However, please note that our products are not indestructible. Due to general wear and tear, chewing, excessive pulling, or incorrect usage, damage may occur over time.

 

It is the owner’s responsibility to regularly inspect their dog’s harnesses, leads, and collars for signs of damage or weakness before each use. Continued use of damaged products can result in injury or loss, and Furever Woof Ltd accepts no liability for such outcomes.

If an item arrives faulty, please contact us at hello@fureverwoof.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
