Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you—and your dog—to be completely happy with your purchase! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • The item must not be a personalised/custom item.

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping costs, unless the item was faulty).

To start a return:
Email us using the Contact Us form with your order number and a brief explanation.

Personalised & Custom Items

Custom and personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • They arrive damaged

  • We made a mistake in the customisation (e.g., incorrect name or spelling)

If there’s a problem with a personalised product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer size exchanges for items like harnesses or collars if the size isn’t quite right. Please see our Sizing Chart to prevent waiting any longer on elevating your dogs style. 

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • You must request the exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must not be personalised.

We will ship the new size once we receive the original item. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty or the wrong item was sent.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us via the Contact Us form within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and a photo of the item

  • We’ll send a replacement or offer a refund, depending on the issue
