What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on items that are unused, in their original packaging, and reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us.

How do I request a return?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and full name. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, we do. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct size is selected before placing an order. If an exchange is required due to incorrect sizing, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

When will my exchanged item be sent?

Exchanged items will only be dispatched once the original item has been returned to us and inspected by our team.

What if my item arrives faulty?

All of our products are thoroughly checked before dispatch. If your item arrives with a fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • Clear images showing the issue (e.g. threading, stitching, or malfunction)

Our team will review this and be in touch to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I return or exchange a used item?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that show signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery.

Will the colours and patterns look exactly the same as shown?

We do our best to represent colours and patterns as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings, and pattern placement may vary due to the nature of seamless prints. This means each item is unique, while still staying true to the original design.
